Worst visit ever... I left a shaking nervous wreck... my cuticles are all torn up from the Dremel... the lady I had two weeks prior was amazing... kristy she barely used the dremel on me and was very gentle. Went twice.. customer service is not up to par. Figured giving them another chance, that it would be better. Treating customers like they are actually a person & not just another ticket to write services rendered to. Nails may be nice, but for their prices, it DOESN'T include friendly nail techs. at least not with either times I went. One tech was going to do my nails, then when I went to go get a different color they moved me to someone else so that one of their employees could sit where I was and get her nails done by the tech that was suppose to do mine. Pedicure was okay, other than the tech poking me several times while doing my cuticle. One thing I didn't appreciate the feeling of being treated different, because of my ethnicity. And to top it off, having the techs speak in their language and making faces right in front of me. I might not understand their language, but when I hear the word "American", that is totally obvious and rude. And when I confronted the tech, he got all offensive . How can they improve their service? "Treat everyone equal and let us enjoy the relaxation that we pay for, without having to hear yall talk amongs eachother in your language and feel as if we r the reason of your conversation, it's just rude"! Honestly some of the worst nails I have ever paid for. They were uneven, oddly shaped, crooked on my nail bed, acrylic was left all over my fingers, and the lady filed into my nail bed on one of them. I expressed my concern about the nail tech from the start and I was reassured that she was a great nail tech. I wish I would have got up and left when I first had doubts. Instead I was stuck paying $55 for nails that a student could have done a better job on. Read Less
