AVOID if you are a new customer. Hugely disappointed, huge waste of money. They told me I had to have a soak off and new set for them to do my nails (£47). They cut my nail beds and I was left for an hour with open skin with Vaseline in nail remover solvent. Although I gave them the benefit of the doubt as accidents happen they now say they can’t do infills for over 1 month. I’ll have to go through the same process elsewhere. Nails have lifted badly and they do not use white and clear acrylic when you want new white tips. Certainly not worth the money.

LOVE this salon! Theo is my go to tech - he's very personable and understands the time constraints of your appointment. The owner is GREAT! and I love visiting with her when she comes in. This is a great neighborhood place to come relax and take care of yourself for a few hours.

What a difference. I can breathe hereno fumes, chemicals or attitudes in an unknown tongue. Fibi was wonderful. Now I know what to look for in the rest of the world.

I tried Paloma Nails about a week ago with some friends. All 4 of us were pleased with our experiences. The staff was friendly and proficient. The overall atmosphere is unparalleled if you are seeking a soothing and relaxing environment with a chic and calming decor. I am eagerly awaiting my next visit! I intend for it to be the first of many!

AVOID if you are a new customer. Hugely disappointed, huge waste of money. They told me I had to have a soak off and new set for them to do my nails (£47).
