Been coming for about a year, everything's been fine, all of a sudden now after a brand new set the nails start splitting the next day. All my friends nails are doing the same. went there for my first time yesterday and it was AMAZING! the staff was so funny and friendly. not to mention Long 2, my nail tech, did some custom work to make my nails come out AMAZING! i’m so happy I found a place I like! I love what they do but it is ridiculously over priced. My sister got the full works: extension with gel colour and it cost £30. I ONLY got gel colour on my natural nails and it's cost £20. Even though for a full with normal colour it's only £25. That's not right. Don't know how they can charge someone that much for a coat of colour. Read Less

His staff is great and anytime I've ever had any issue he always makes sure his customers are taken care of because he respects the people that come here. I love luxe! I have been going here for just about a year and I haven't had a bad experience at all, Everytime I come in I leave super happy with my manicure and/or pedicure. I am beyond happy with my experience here today. I came in around 11:10 asking for a simple nail removal that i got done at another salon, which did a mediocer job btw. I couldnt take my nails off by myself with out wincing in pain. I was told they were busy, which they were packed and they could fit me in at 12:15. They did an amazing job finishing up my self job of getting off the nails. Best of all for the 6 nails they took off they were gracious enough to not charge me of what would have been a 10 dollar job. I think im moving to a new nail place. Just my first time there, but I'll be back. I called ahead as I heard they're a busy place and was asked to come in an hour. I arrived promptly and they had a spot waiting for me. Holly did a very nice job with my French pedi. Everything was very clean and I appreciate that the employees all wear gloves... I don't want anything spread to my feet, or back to the employee either. They give a discount of 5% if you pay cash.... Loved this place...at first. The second time I went my nails chipped the next day. I called to come back to get my nails fixed. When I showed up early the manager said they were booked with customers. Well, Im a customer also. I told him I was early for an appt and he said they were very busy and to wait. I didn't have a problem waiting, just didn't like the way I was treated, and told him so. He proceeded to argue with me. Really. Wow. I spent 150.00 at this place so far, I think this qualifies me as a customer! When I sat down to get my nails fixed the other manicurist started telling me how rude I was. Wth. I wouldn't have come back if the job was done right in the first place. Told all of my clients about this place because I really loved it. Amazingggggg! Cleanliness doesn't begin to describe this location.. Wow! I love that it's roomy and bright (very relaxing setting). Huge wall of color assortments and fast with seating. They greeted me and accepted us w/out an appointment at 6:20 in the evening.. Helen assisted with my pedicure and again; Wow! I love that their tools are sanitary/sealed along with the massage chairs having covers on them (HUGE +)!! She took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all.. oh I almost forgot they offer beverages, I mean c'mon! They definitely earned my future business along with anybody that asks who is the best out in the West Suburbs! Best nail salon in the western suburbs. I have shopped around in the Wheaton area for a salon that met my expectations and this place is it. I was served by JT, a very pleasant and professional young man, who gave me a perfect no chip manicure. The salon is beautiful, very clean and the staff is very professional and customer service oriented which is important to me. I can't wait to go back to also enjoy one of their pedicure.
