They don’t speak English which would be fine but I didn’t realise what was going on. One person started my nails off and then just stopped to do someone else which confused me. I went to the second guy who kept stopping doing my nails to change the tv channel which made me feel a little awkward. He also drilled my actual nail rather than the acrylic and it’s been bleeding ever since. He used a lot of pressure when drilling and filing my nails to the point when it hurt. The nails themselves do look very good though. Very even and the right shape and the outcome is very good. The experience however not so much.

English is poor, spoke in the language about myself made me feel well awkward because I told them No to giving up my seat after 55 mins waiting. No appointments needed so they choose the quickest choice instead of going by first come. Had to change and reshape every last nail all of the nails were disgraceful and bent, Two nails have came off 3 days later!! Never been somewhere so bodged in my life. Wouldn't recommend at all.

i would not recommend this nails shop.i took my girlfriend about two weeks ago to get her nails done it cost her £33. we went in to complain about 5 bays after she had then gone. she had some of her nails falling off and the fact that they did not fill them in properly. she spoke to the manger and she just laughed in my girlfriend face

They don’t speak English which would be fine but I didn’t realise what was going on. One person started my nails off and then just stopped to do someone else which confused me. I went to the second guy who kept stopping doing my nails to change the tv channel which made me feel a little awkward. He also drilled my actual nail rather than the acrylic and it’s been bleeding ever since. He used a lot of pressure when drilling and filing my nails to the point when it hurt. The nails themselves do look very good though. Very even and the right shape and the outcome is very good. The experience however not so much.
