I been going to this place for nearly 2 years or more now and I spend loads a money going every 2/3 weeks had my nails and toes done last week for my hoilday come back and I had 2 Nails come off while I was doing little things it not even like I was carrying or doing stuff for them to brake and to top it off after 2 days off having my toes done they chipped I not happy so called yesterday for to see if they can fixed the first one that came off to find out I have to pay £3 th...en I called this morning to complain as another had came off so he told me to come in the shop which I have got there for him to say that there not much he could do only that he put nails back on for free which I not complaining about that but what the point having too more nails put on for the rest to fall off in the next few days This is the second time this has happened to me first time I just let it grow but now this time it just made me angry that I not happy with my nails or toes and all the man was said well u nails are short and then nails are long ok I get the nails I got on are longish but my nails underneath are not that short so this shouldn't happen I afraid to say that I basically spend £28 just last week having them done and now I got to go somewhere else to get them redone when there not even due and to top it off they wasn't done probably when I left the shop the day of having them done they left half of my white bit on my nail showing so they look so overgrown but there really not but unfortunately I won't be going back if that how there going to be a right shame but I not going waste my money each week so they can brake and for them to do nothing about it probably See More Read Less

My first time at Vila nails and I will 100% be going back, already planning my next visit to get a pedicure. The shop itself is lovely and welcoming, and the staff are all very friendly. Cannot pick out a single flaw with my acrylics, so so nice! Thank you! X Read Less
