Terrible customer service, they didn't listen to what we were asking for, they were very rude.... No manners.... Told them several times not to cut the natural nail, but that was the first thing they did!!!! Over charged us, without explanation... I could have cried in there ... Made my nails look like stumps! There not even square or rounded off I can’t even explain what they look like... & done that short they look hideous! I normally have them coffin shape and now they are incredibly short & look like ducks feet. The worst experience of a nail salon I've ever had. They filed my skin off with the coping machine on several fingers, didn't bother doing my cuticles, cut my nails different lengths and wonky, put acrylic on when I wanted gel yet charged me for gel. The polish was put on uneven and you can see the nail through it and even worse it was all over my fingers. My four year old could have done better. I was left sitting for 15 minutes while he went off and face timed people and played with his phone and had to ask if I was finished. Not friendly staff and now I have to go elsewhere to have the mess fixed. I literally walked home and burst into tears after such a bad experience. Read Less

Just left that place with wonky nails the staff are extreamly rude and will definitely not go back what a joke ppl are waiting whilst others get served and when you say something they get stressy and they wonder off dealing with other customers whilst you sit there waiting to have yours finished. . I had a Shellac (I think with Gelish) on my nails over 3 1/2 weeks ago at this Salon. A young lady did my nails but I didn't catch her name - They are brilliant and have lasted so so long. As I type they are still going strong. I have NEVER had a gel manicure last this long before in my life ... normally 2 weeks would be amazing! I have been going to Apple Nails&Beauty for two years now and love how they make my nails look ,I started going as my nails always split and I could never grow them ,I always go for Gels and shellac , if in the three week period a nail was to become damaged they always fix it for free ,I would highly recommend them even if you only wanted your nails done for a special event ,they do file but if you prefer them to soak off the acrylics they will .
