Don't come here. Got my nails done today. First guy who done my nails started filing them for about 20 mins. They are now sore. Second man took over because if guy clearly didn't have a clue. Second guy added the acrylic and my nails loomed horrendous. I then asked for the lady to take over because by this point I was there for over an hour and my nails were looking worse than before. She took over and had to work with what was left. And when I said she had to add more acrylic to 3 of the nails as they looked like half a nail she got very rude and said they didn't need it. Obviously they did otherwise I would have said they need it. My nails look horrendous and mis shapped. I asked for coffin shape but I got something completely different. It's not even a shape what I got. I don't know what to call it. I just paid and left. Going to get them sorted elsewhere. But do not use this place or you will regret it bug time!!!

Just wanted to share my thoughts about this place. Been going there a couple of years now on & off & I have seen a big change.
One man particularly that started my infills today actually cut me & never apologised, he then was asked to be spoken to by the manager so I then changed to someone else as the other man working in there at the far end is the only one I trust to do my nails properly & up to my standards. The manger & the man I had doing my nails first of all then started arguing infront of me & my two friends that was having there nails done too & then stormed off in a stress. I don't except to be listening to people arguing whilst having my nails done. Please keep your issues to yourself & argue somewhere else & not infront of clients, not acceptable at all!

Never ever buy gift vouchers from these people!
I have bought two now on separate occasions, both worth £25. Both were written incorrectly and altered by the writer on the premises.

Never ever buy gift vouchers from these people!
I have bought two now on separate occasions, both worth £25. Both were written incorrectly and altered by the writer on the premises.
On the first occasion, the voucher recipient was told the alteration, (a zero to a five,) hadn't occurred on site and was made to surrender £5 cash alongside her voucher that I had paid £25 for. Payment of £30 for £25 worth of work. Hmm, nice work if you can get it!
On the second occasion less work was performed and an £8 voucher was given as change. When the recipient attempted to surrender that a month later she was told nobody had given it to her! Not sure if they're mad or if they've actually called us thieves! Ridiculous!!! Will never ever use them again!

My experience was not very good, first of all my nail was very wonky and the man doing it forgot to file one of my nails so I had to sit there listening to him get shouted at. Then he walked off in a strop and the women had to take over. She was very rough and didn’t take into consideration that finger doesn’t twist 360 degrees! At the end my skin around my nails is peeling off and I have glue everywhere on my fingers and nails. Underneath on the side was all white bits of nail that hadn’t been filed away I would not recommend going there at all. The girl next to me is the same age as me and she got hers for £22 without student ID. I had to pay full price. I am disgusted with the service and the final result. One nail was so much longer than all the rest. DO NOT go there

This place in my eyes has gone down hill. They always seem to be in a rush and the end result always shows. Past 2 sets of acrylics have been wonkey, all different lengths & the shape never matches the other nails. This time was extremely surprising, I had a change over of people twice. Extremely unhappy with the outcome will not be returning and will be fixing my nails myself once home..

Awful I have never had a problem with my acrylic nails before but this time I have had 4 snap of and I went back to get them replaced and staff was rude telling me it's my fault. Told me there not replacing them again and now another has snapped I can't get it replaced. I will not be returning and would not recommend.

Staff always are friendly and very welcoming been there many times and never had a problem apart from this once I have been.
New person done my nails never had him do them before. The paint job on them is not great the acrylic nail is not very thick at all and as I left the shop they looked like they had grown out and needed infilling. I have had them done a week amd one of them has cracked already Very dissapointed this time feels like a waste of money.

Really friendly staff. Me and my sister came to do our nails and were instantly seem to. They did our nails fast but did not compromise on quality at all. Prices are very good and there are 100s of colours and designs to choose from!
Will be back for an infill soon! 😁

Don't come here. Got my nails done today. First guy who done my nails started filing them for about 20 mins. They are now sore. Second man took over because if guy clearly didn't have a clue. Second guy added the acrylic and my nails loomed horrendous. I then asked for the lady to take over because by this point I was there for over an hour and my nails were looking worse than before. She took over and had to work with what was left. And when I said she had to add more acrylic to 3 of the nails as they looked like half a nail she got very rude and said they didn't need it. Just wanted to share my thoughts about this place. Been going there a couple of years now on & off & I have seen a big change.

I have bought two now on separate occasions, both worth £25. Both were written incorrectly and altered by the writer on the premises.

My experience was not very good, first of all my nail was very wonky and the man doing it forgot to file one of my nails so I had to sit there listening to him get shouted at. Then he walked off in a strop and the women had to take over. She was very rough and didn’t take into consideration that finger doesn’t twist 360 degrees! At the end my skin around my nails is peeling off and I have glue everywhere on my fingers and nails. Underneath on the side was all white bits of nail that hadn’t been filed away I would not recommend going there at all. The girl next to me is the same age as me and she got hers for £22 without student ID. I had to pay full price. I am disgusted with the service and the final result. One nail was so much longer than all the rest. DO NOT go there

Awful I have never had a problem with my acrylic nails before but this time I have had 4 snap of and I went back to get them replaced and staff was rude telling me it's my fault. Told me there not replacing them again and now another has snapped I can't get it replaced. I will not be returning and would not recommend.

Staff always are friendly and very welcoming been there many times and never had a problem apart from this once I have been.
New person done my nails never had him do them before. The paint job on them is not great the acrylic nail is not very thick at all and as I left the shop they looked like they had grown out and needed infilling. I have had them done a week amd one of them has cracked already Very dissapointed this time feels like a waste of money.
