The nail technician barely spoke to me and cut my real nails without asking me to then put on false nails that ruined my real nails. He smudged the polish and stuck me under a thing to dry them but didn't say how long I needed to stay there. I thought I would have the opportunity to have nail art on my nails but that option wasn't given to me. I definitely won't be back again.

Great experience and very quick. I got a full set of acrylics and they were very understanding of what I wanted. Staff were very friendly and nice. Better than any other nail salon.

Have had my nails done here for 10 years and have never had a poor experience. This is why they are always so busy. Staff are very committed and Lily is very talented and artistic. I still travel from Bristol to have my nails done here.

Polite place altho the lady I had seemed to be new and did not really seem sure how to apply shellac. Left bits of my old shellac on my nails before applying new. Very odd manicure and my cuticles lo...
Polite place altho the lady I had seemed to be new and did not really seem sure how to apply shellac. Left bits of my old shellac on my nails before applying new. Very odd manicure and my cuticles look dry and worse than before going in there. The colours on my nails are not too good and did not really dry properly so has bled into each other a little bit. I will persevere with them until I can get another manicure elsewhere but £25 was not well spent. Maybe luck of the draw depending on who you get in there or they're only good at acrylic nails and not real nails.

Very good price - £25 for a set of acrylic nails. They take about 45 mins to apply. Mine lasted for ages - had to be re-filled every two weeks. Only one came off and they replaced that when they were re-filling (which costs £10). Would recommend getting done for a special occassion or perhaps holiday but a bit pricey to keep up permanently. Nice staff.

The nail technician barely spoke to me and cut my real nails without asking me to then put on false nails that ruined my real nails. He smudged the polish and stuck me under a thing to dry them but didn't say how long I needed to stay there. I thought I would have the opportunity to have nail art on my nails but that option wasn't given to me. I definitely won't be back again.

Polite place altho the lady I had seemed to be new and did not really seem sure how to apply shellac. Left bits of my old shellac on my nails before applying new. Very odd manicure and my cuticles look dry and worse than before going in there. The colours on my nails are not too good and did not really dry properly so has bled into each other a little bit.
