I had heard great things about this hair salon and been there 6 plus years ago for facials and spray tans. This time I was having a consultation with a stylist, as I wanted to completely change my style and colour. I arrived at the said time and the receptionist said please have a seat and she will be with you, she is just finishing up. 35 min later, may I add the salon was empty I said I have to go to do the school run, and I was told, I didn’t realise she would take so long! Needless to say, I walked out wondering why? Was it because I didn’t look the part? I had just come from my horses so welly boots and a little disheveled. It’s quite disappointing and would have been nice if someone told me she was running late ect.. i guess I’ll have to travel to London for my hair!

I have been coming to OMG regularly for hair and beauty treatments since the salon opened. I work in London and can honestly say that the staff here have the up to date knowledge skills and experience...
I have been coming to OMG regularly for hair and beauty treatments since the salon opened. I work in London and can honestly say that the staff here have the up to date knowledge skills and experience of London salons and medi spa's.

She did a fantastic job on my grandma's hair, She also took the time out of her day to speak to me which made me feel very good about myself, She was very complimentary ...

I`ve been here for a restyle on 03.11 for which I`ve paid £50. I`ve asked for a senior stylist to ensure my hair will be professionally cut. The person who washed my hair seemed to have no idea what s...
I`ve been here for a restyle on 03.11 for which I`ve paid £50. I`ve asked for a senior stylist to ensure my hair will be professionally cut. The person who washed my hair seemed to have no idea what she was doing; she was keep pulling my hair and I think half of it was left in that sink. Then, I went onto "the stylist" chair with the hopes that my hair will look amazing after a senior stylist will look after it. Little that I know ... the right side of my hair is longer than the left with at least 4 inches. I mean a senior stylist will be able to cut the hair at the same level right? not to mention ... the blow dry was awful.. no shape, no texture... very bad service...

I had heard great things about this hair salon and been there 6 plus years ago for facials and spray tans. This time I was having a consultation with a stylist, as I wanted to completely change my style and colour. I arrived at the said time and the receptionist said please have a seat and she will be with you, she is just finishing up. 35 min later, may I add the salon was empty I said I have to go to do the school run, and I was told, I didn’t realise she would take so long!
