Takes too much of my natural nails off then once painted it chips off within 6 days!! I refuse to return here as I would like my nails made to last

I went there hoping for a good first experience but it was everything but that tbh. A women called me over and it was okay at first however once the nail polish had gone on, it smudged once, I then go...
I went there hoping for a good first experience but it was everything but that tbh. A women called me over and it was okay at first however once the nail polish had gone on, it smudged once, I then got dirty looks from the staff and I really felt uncomftable. I then went over to the drying station where it smudged for a second time when she litterally put her hand on my nails and they smudged again, I then got more dirty looks and she went and stared talking badly about me to other staff, she didn't even try and hide it. I went out nearly in tears from feeling so uncomfortable and awkward. I have heard many other people visit there and had similar experiences, so I would recommend other nail salons in Swindon like American nails, it is also cheaper there. Just wanted to share this to give other options, thanks x

Asked for nails like in a picture. Oddly shaped, not anything like the picture, messy, and out of shape on some nails. First time going to this nail place and the quality of these nails are horrible!

Fast and neat. Also, they're able to squeeze you in last minute. It's convenient that they were open on bank holidays and til 6pm during the week.
