I visited the old town branch yesterday for a deluxe pedicure with parrafin wax treatment. The young lady who attended me was very sweet , however , I did think she could of done with some more guidance and support from a more experienced beautician. Unfortunately, although I was told it was ok to put my shoes back on after the treatment, I wore flip flops for another 15 minutes before doing so. On returning home , I was disappointed to see that both large toenails from each foot had stuck to my socks peeling off the varnish. I also must mention the experience could of been better, if the dog from the downstairs hairdressers, hadn't started howling and barking , and sounding quite distressed, during what should of been , a relaxing hour. Stacey is a fabulous beautician. Very professional in her interaction, conduct and work. Expert advice followed by a wonderful facial during which she stayed in the room while the face mask was on and gave a very nice hand and arm massage. Stacey recommended microdermabrasion which I was unsure about but it has made such a difference to the hydration of my skin now the dead skin has been removed. Thank you! Read Less

I am currently going through harsh Chemo and my friend had called these guys wanting to do something for me, well they gave me an amazing manicure which meant so much as the gentle touch is all I can handle right now. They did an amazing job. I would give them 5 stars, but I didn't like how they treated me. Literally laughed and pointed at the end. My feet were in dire condition because I just moved here from Alaska, and I knew it was just going to be BAD! Le Petit is in the heart of Old Town. It has two treatment rooms and two nail stations. I visit regularly for massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. It uses and sells dermalogica products (best on the market in my opinion). The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and everyone that works there is friendly and seems to really care about your experience.Read Less
