I went in with nice thick eyebrows and left with thin completely unidentical eyebrows. They completely ruined my eyebrows with the wax. I strongly DO NOT recommend this place. Im 13 and now I have to wait for my eyebrows to grow back if they do. This company completely ruined my eyebrows! And when I went back to complain they were VERY rude and didn’t even apologise. I took my sister here to get her nail extensions done for prom. When booking the appointment the member of staff was very helpful and made the process very easy. She explained what was available and the price that would be expected. On arriving at the salon it was very clean and well presented. The nail technician did a fabulous job and took a lot of care over the nails and another member of staff was very helpful when choosing the colour, however the process took an hour longer than we were told over the phone! The technician started another customers nails whilst my sister sat for 40 minutes with her hands under the UV lamp, it almost felt like she had forgotten about her despite us saying numerous times 'do you think they are ready yet?' The other members of staff did not seem very professional either as they were discussing other customer appointments in front of us and although they seemed very friendly it did leave me wondering what they would say about us once we had left the salon. When it came to paying for the nails the member of staff ignored us to help someone else then proceeded to answer the phone when we were in the middle of the transaction. The price was also more than what we were told on the phone. At this point I couldn't be bothered to argue the price so we just left. What should of been an hour appointment ended up taking 2 and a half hours! I'm not sure that we will be returning again and I think they need to work on their professionalism and customer service. Had my nails done here today and can't fault the place. The technician was lovely and did a beautiful job of my fingers and toes and reasonably priced. I hadn't realised they also do waxing so I may be back sooner than I thought! Read Less

Had excellent service from booking my appointment to having my nails done, I had extensions with gel they explained everything and all options I also decided to have my eyelash extensions done , all I can say is WoW , am so so pleased , will be back for Infills .
