Terrible customer service. Had nails done Monday all completely ruined by Tuesday. Went in to speak to them and they laughed at me! Very dissatisfied customer will not be going again.

I had my nails done on Saturday (shellac manicure) as a treat as I was home visiting family and by the Sunday evening two had chipped. On the Monday the polish on another had completely come off and now (less than a week later) every single one of them is chipped.
When my mum went in to have hers done and she questioned this the staff simply shrugged. Very unhelpful and very dissapointed. Won't be coming back as there are much nicer places in Salisbury to get your nails done.

Got my nails done 1 week ago and already 3 have snapped.. usually this place is amazing but this time I'm not happy I paid £35 to have my nails done as the first time he cut them too short so I had to pay extra to get them the length I originally asked for, then they tell me to be careful as my nails are long and I have them done this long every time I come here and never has this happened!!
very disappointed as I recommend this place to alot of my friends but really debating to come back..
I spend alot of money in her every 3weeks I pay £20 for infills.. or I pay £30 for a new set every month- 2months..

Awful service. Broke my own nails and chipped them and told me that they would paint over them so they look fine. Got bruises where they grabbed my fingers so hard. Worse service I have ever received ...
Awful service. Broke my own nails and chipped them and told me that they would paint over them so they look fine. Got bruises where they grabbed my fingers so hard. Worse service I have ever received for my nails. Only tried this place as relocated. But never again. Staff were very rude.

I love this nail salon. Air conditioning, prompt service, cold drinks offered freely, great manicures and pedicures. What's not to love?

Brilliant woek by the lady with a rose hold Pandora bracelet on. She did my nexgen nails perfect and they have lasted nearly 4 weeks no chips no breaks. Brilliant service every time I go ☺

Maybe I was spoilt by my first experience getting SNS nails at a different salon, but I was particularly surprised by the rough treatment my nails and cuticles suffered at this salon! Be warned... I came with friends to be pampered. We left with cuticles torn (overzealous sanding with the electric file) and nails sanded down to within a millimetre of their life. No pre- treatment of cuticles or cuticle oil. My nails have been left thin and brittle and nails have already started chipping..

I had my nails done on Saturday (shellac manicure) as a treat as I was home visiting family and by the Sunday evening two had chipped. On the Monday the polish on another had completely come off and now (less than a week later) every single one of them is chipped.
