Been using this place for a year - every two weeks. Never had a problem until recently when it seems the juniors took over running it. Three appointments made on phone. Carefully noted. Days off booked. Dog sitter booked. For the third time I got there this morning to be told there is no appointment made and they're busy. Enough is enough. They are inefficient imbeciles who have cost me time and money. Never again.

Have been going here over a year and not sure what has happened but was absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoken to and treated today . I went back for them to repair my nails which were broken and bleeding to find they were not going to fix them and I was suppose to pay £40 which has gone up in price , he was slapping the colour on my nails slamming jars down and was obviously very hormonal ! Would not recommend anyone to visit now and never going back to waste my money

Had a terrible experience there this morning, messed my nails up, when I said I wasn’t happy with the stripes they’d left in my nails they did them again and tried to charge me twice!! The gentlemen was very angry when we arrived and got worse, shouting at us and telling us we had to pay full price. Will not be visiting again!

I wanted French polish and as I had colour on before I was told I had to use a full colour as the boss wouldn't let the tech use a file to hand file the white off so it would not show through with French polish, all about going as quick as they can using the drills which do far more damage than hand filing! I walked out & now have an appointment with someone that is more than happy to hand file! I won't be back & would discourage people from using thus salon!

Absolutely awful! Went in for acrylics and shellac, after 5 days one of them broke so went back in for a repair. Refused to put acrylic back on even though that's what I paid for! Following day all my shellac lifted and peeled! Never had any problems with my regular place, thought I. Would try locally but won't be going back ever! Complete waste of money!!

I had my appt yesterday my finger was split because of them going to close to the skin having checked when I got home he had done this to another 5 of my fingers all very sore now just felt like he was rushing too quick. I am a regular there I'm going to look elsewhere

Been using this place for a year - every two weeks. Never had a problem until recently when it seems the juniors took over running it. Three appointments made on phone. Carefully noted. Days off booked. Dog sitter booked. For the third time I got there this morning to be told there is no appointment made and they're busy. Enough is enough. Have been going here over a year and not sure what has happened but was absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoken to and treated today . I went back for them to repair my nails which were broken and bleeding to find they were not going to fix them and I was suppose to pay £40 which has gone up in price , he was slapping the colour on my nails slamming jars down and was obviously very hormonal ! Had a terrible experience there this morning, messed my nails up, when I said I wasn’t happy with the stripes they’d left in my nails they did them again and tried to charge me twice!! The gentlemen was very angry when we arrived and got worse, shouting at us and telling us we had to pay full price. Will not be visiting again!

I wanted French polish and as I had colour on before I was told I had to use a full colour as the boss wouldn't let the tech use a file to hand file the white off so it would not show through with French polish, all about going as quick as they can using the drills which do far more damage than hand filing! I walked out & now have an appointment with someone that is more than happy to hand file! I won't be back & would discourage people from using thus salon!
