Had gel nail done in this salon. They were done very quickly with little conversation from the therapist and I was dismayed that no cleanser was used at any time during the process. I found the salon to be a bit grubby and not like my usual provider. On the positive side the gel was applied nicely and after a week they are still good. Absolutely disgusted at how you left my nails today. I asked for my acrylics to be removed and for my nails left tidy. But instead, you left my nails with sharp edged and wonky with the alcohol stuff used to remove the acrylics on my skin leaving me with red rashes all over my hands. Awful service too, you were very rude and seemed to be rushing everyone. Read Less

Only downside even if you have an appointment still have to wait and no one to one as technical could be doing your nails and two others at the same time. However very good finish only had one poor experience here. Read Less

Had my nails done here last week. I had a shallac manicure and on the first day I was very pleased with it but about 3 days later it started to chip off my nails and normally shallac should last at least 2 weeks which it normally has when I've been to other nail bars, so was very disappointed with that and felt very ripped off after paying £30, when for all the time it lasted I might just as well have painted my nails myself at home or paid less and had normal nail varnish. I... thought the whole idea of gel nail varnish was, it was supposed to last longer. Also aswell as that the man who did my nails spoke very bad English so I could barely understand what he was saying, plus I thought he was unnecessarily abrupt and quite rude at times which made the whole experience stressful when normally when you go for a pamper it should be a relaxing experience which it has at previous nail bars and spa's ive been to. I live in Devizes very near there but because of the poor customer service I had I definitely will not be going back there again and I'd strongly advice my friends and family members not to go there either as it's a complete rip off.
