I've been looking for sometime in to getting my eyebrows microbladed but none of the one's I looked in to didn't seem right for me. Then I found Charlotte at The Secret Retreat, after messaging Charlotte and asking her a few questions, I knew she was the one. She sounded really professional and knew what she was talking about. I went for my consultation and patch test and Charlotte told me all that I needed to know. The day of my appointment again she went through everything ...and asked what shape I wanted my eyebrows like. Charlotte took time to draw a template on my sparse eyebrows and was asking if they were ok or wanted them changing. She made me feel at ease and never felt rushed. Oh my god Had my eyebrows microbladed for the first time with Charlotte after many years of looking into getting it done. She was absolutely amazing, made me feel really comfortable offered me a drink and to put on her heated blanket! She’s so friendly and really nice to talk to! I’m over the moon with my eyebrows and she has helped me get my confidence back, my eyebrows look ! I wouldn’t suggest anyone else and I will definitely be going back for more beauty treatments. Charlotte was really professional and friendly. She explained absolutely everything in great detail and explained the process in depth. Charlotte is a very professional and friendly lady. The space she provides for her work is warm, relaxed and friendly. She is very good at talking through everything she is going to do for the treatment planned and is patient with clients, meticulous and clearly takes a lot of pride in delivering high standard care. Just had my eyebrows Microbladed and Bio Sculpture gel applied to my nails and I have never been so happy! I visit salons regularly and I have to say I have never had such a fanstastic experience as I had today at The Secret Retreat, I was welcomed by a lovely smiley face and was then given a caramel latte with a biscuit (what a treat!) whilst having a thorough consultation, Charlotte listened to everything I said and my semi permanent eyebrows are absolutely perfect, i was nervous before hand but it is without a doubt the best decision I have ever made having them done!!
