I have been going to this place for a couple of years. The last few times I got a pedicure I upgraded to the “ultimate” which calls for longer massage time, scrub, etc. Each time I have went they have rushed and done an awful job. They were way too busy talking to even focus on what they were working on. When I confronted the girl about it nicely, she got very hostile and started screaming at me in the middle of the salon. I will not be back. I suggest you take your business elsewhere, Aria Nail Bar by Publix on Causeway is a better option with same price range. Read Less

I went for a full set with me and my sister and they cut me 2x messed my sisters nails up and when she said something the guy said I did the shape differs so when they grow out your finger don’t look fat. I asked if the Gel color was $5 extra and they charged me $100 for two full sets and gel nail color with acrylic. Then the lady told me next time ask questions before you get your nails done. $25 for a barely basic pedicure(I've had better service at other salons) She said it was another $6 for callus remover. Over 20 years of getting pedicures and it's always been included. It was rushed through and I asked her to cut down a couple of the nails and she wasn't paying attention, started painting them I had to tell her 3 times to cut them down a little and then didn't file after they were cut. Been there a few times with no problems...yesterday went for fill and pedicure. I asked for cutdown on my nails which was done but they weren't measured to see if they were the same length and after filing them they were still left with rough edges. When she painted them, it was a very sloppy paint job and I had to tell her to tough them up. Next was the pedicure. This was the worst part. She proceeded to cut the dead skin off and cut my big toe so bad I was bleeding. She did the same to my third toe and well almost 24 hours later I am still in pain! She kept trying to cut and I finally had to ask her to stop. I will never let her do my nails or pedicure again! Read Less
