The owner of this place ruined my holiday nails today, one of them was bent, uneven and just looked bad. I did not realise this when I had my nails done, I went back to the salon about 40 minutes after to ask her to either file the bad nail to make it look even or just do me a new nail altogether. She talked over me, called in some of her customers/friends to have a look, she insisted it's my finger that was bent and she couldn't see anything wrong with my nails. This was all done in front of everyone. Never felt to embarrassed in my life. I was not happy and am not happy with the service I got from this place. I will not be going back! Avoid at all costs. She is unprofessional and very rude!

They are very welcoming & quick & have lots & lots of different colours & they will do any designs i go over from Leeds they are that good

They trying to work fast but not careful, after she hurt my cuticles till blood she didn’t sorry and say that’s my fault. They don’t finish, not all nail it’s covered with colour. Very disappointed.

This is the worst salon ever. I had an aweful experience with this nail salon last Sunday, the customer service was appalling. The lady and the guy who did my nail upstairs was so rough. After I told her to be careful with my thumb nail which hurt so much (after her co-worker removed my acrylics very roughly using the nail driller) she ripped my skin of slightly while buffing (which still hurts) to which she didn’t even apologise which made me to think she did it purposely. I did manicure after removing my old acrylics, the manicure wasn’t done properly. Overall, a terrible terrible experience, would never ever visit again.

The owner of this place ruined my holiday nails today, one of them was bent, uneven and just looked bad. I did not realise this when I had my nails done, I went back to the salon about 40 minutes after to ask her to either file the bad nail to make it look even or just do me a new nail altogether.
