Not worth the money. I've paid less and received a better pedicure in an upper class town in the Bay Area of California. It seemed that they were only interested in giving me the quickest pedicure possible, and they weren't even busy! My skin was cut and bled on one toe, and my polish was messed up by the tech. In addition, at their prices, I expect my pedicure to be done with new/unused tools. I won't be going back. Read Less

Worst salon I have ever experienced. Looks nice and shiny but poor standards of customer service and some technicians need some serious training. Management response poor. I was given a refund for the sub standard work but then the manager rang and asked me to change my appointment to the person who had actually damaged my nails , despite being reassured I was in with another person who had left. Had to go to another salon as unable to offer me another appointment and found underneath the polish my nails were in a mess. Nightmare. Read Less

Used to be a regular customer for many years. But service and quality has diminished. The last two appointments were a disaster - nails too thick with polish. The tech didn't listen. I tried to explain and ended up with a polish "do-over" toward the end of my appointment. Then, today I had to go to another salon fixing uneven, ribbed nails, too thick gel, etc. So disappointed. Had my nails done, the colour shrunk straight away, got refused the refund, had 3 nails redone not all of them, but my nails still look exactly the same if not worse. The so called manager shouted at me! I've never seen customer service like this in my life. The place needs to be shut down, or staff and management need retraining! Read Less
