I had shellac on the tuesday by Wednesday it had started peeling off. It was a young girl who did them i think she's actually the receptionist, didn't have a clue, used base coat instead of top coat talking too much to other people. Painting half a nail, letting it dry a bit then going over it so all lumpy and still charged me full price. I've rang up today and the girl answered, obvs, she is the receptionist! Said i need to go back up so they can have a look. Ill be going up shortly i want a refund not letting them near my nails again well what's left of them after she filed them down to nothing and all cockeyed. 🤡 Read Less

I would actually give Harmony a zero if I could on here. I want for 60 minutes on the sunbed and paid £25. I went Wed to Sat for 6 mins so 4x6 is 24 then the following week on wed fri I had 9 min so 2 x 9 is 18 then on sat I had 6 mins so 18 plus 6 is 24. So in total I have had 48 minutes but apparently I only have 6 left! The owner is a bully and makes you feel like your in the wrong, won't call you back when you query her mathematics and then today said she will look at it later as she has a customer with her now so can't work it out but I'm a customer!! I paid for 60 mins and I'm getting 48!!! Very rude and clearly does not understand customer service. Will not be returning and I will be advising friends not to go unless they want undermining and feeling worthless. Read Less
