I’ve been using top nail queen for about 2 and half years and I go every month for my nails doing. The guys here are fantastic. There is nothing they can’t do, I don’t trust any other nail shop to do my nails. They are always perfect and they last a reasonable time and the prices are fantastic and so worth it!! Always there to help pick designs too, I’m always that one person who goes in and never knows what to get but they have the patience always welcoming and chatty too! Was here for 2 hours and was the worst mani I've had. Specifically asked to keep the length of my nails and they got filed way to short, they were filed wonky. Customer service was poor, i was struggling to find the colour i wanted, rather than helping the nail technician sat getting impatient. Opted for a matte nude, within seconds of leaving it had smudged, they did sort it, however still not happy with service received. Read Less

Filthy place covered in cobwebs and dust, one of the male technicians cleaned his ears with cotton buds picked his nose and spat in the bin waiting for next client, one walked in and he didn't even wash his hands before treating the client, disgusting. All talking in their native language to each other they could have been saying anything. Most of customers sat in silence as no interaction between technician and client. Wouldn't recommend. Read Less
