Fab place. Friendly and welcoming. Had my hair done by Jade who really listened to what I wanted and made a great job. Felt so much better upon leaving. Will definately go again and would recommend.

Well. I have to say it’s one of the few places I really love in Leeds to relax and get great service. However, I have to unfortunately write today something that is not very nice because I felt I have been treated unfairly. So I was late for my appointment today by 20 min so it was considered as “missed appointment” and I was charged the full amount. Fair enough it’s my mistake. However, about a week ago (29/6) I came for manicure appointment and the nice lady was not using the light so she cut my finger (picture attached to how it looks at the moment) but I was OK with it because I felt like it’s my favorite salon and I felt like a loyal customer so I took it as: mistakes happen. But after how they treated me just like a non loyal customer, my feelings changes and I felt like reporting it. Hope you all don’t go through such painful experience. Have a good day!

It’s been 6 years as a happy customer in RMUK beauty day spa. If you want to go there, you will get an excellent welcome and the spa team will provide you an amazing beauty experience. I’ve never been in Hairdresser but I can ensure that beauticians are highly qualified professionals who use quality products. I have a sensible skin and since visiting RMUK spa I HAVEN’T had any issue at all. Convenience location in city centre and now they have points card which make us part of a family.

An absaloute pleasure for my first visit! Looked after by Jade for my hair in the private room, Anna for my pregnancy massage and Bekki for my facial Acrylic nails and artistic pedicure, i was blown away with every treatment and the stylist/therapists! Was offered drinks all day and was made so comfortable. Would highly recommend!! The girls were lovely! Cant wait to book again Thank you x

Absolutely love my new hair thank you Michelle. I've been really down about my hair since having my little boy as my hair has changed so much and in all honesty o just don't know what to do with it. Michelle gave me advice on hair care and styling and we have a plan in place to get it back in shape. Although it's looks so much better after even just one cut. Left the salon feeling like me again - thank you!

Very impressed with the salon, especially the roof top bar! Had a very relaxing experience, Becki was lovely and made me feel at ease, which is really important when having more intimate treatments. Becki sorted everything out so I could sit out in the sun with a drink after my treatment. I’d definitley come again :)

I tried out RM-UK for the first time to have my hair pinned up for my engagement so I was quite nervous but I really should not have been! Michelle was so good. She really listened and undid it a few times just to make sure it was perfect. As she was doing my hair I was looking around the salon and everyone there carries out their job with such precision. They are miles ahead of any other salon I’ve visited and I have visited a lot! I can’t wait to go back and try out other treatments. Also, the bar waiting area was a nice touch, we didn’t want to leave! Me and my mum are now customers for life :) thank you guys for a wonderful experience x

Treatment was enjoyable but booking was a big mess. I came in to book an appointment for a facial treatment in person, talked with a therapist about what I wanted, but was then booked in for a different treatment...Not only was I put down for a wrong day than requested (which I then had to change), but instead of 60 minutes agreed with the therapist I got booked in for 30, which I only found out on the day. I wish this didn't happen as I was really looking forward to my visit and this mix up didn't allow me to enjoy my time there properly and was unprofessional for that price tag.

Never have I been so pampered. This is the PERFECT day spa! Absolutely 5* If you get any beauty treatment - I strongly recommend you try here! Has a balcony terrace with bar, the building is beautiful, smells like heaven, everyone is super friendly and down to earth, it's relaxing and peaceful. What a pleasure the team are, you end up knowing everyone by name - thank you guys for the overall princess treatment!

Finding a trustable hairdressers has become a Quest! 3 weeks ago I had a horrible experience in a hairdressers. I asked for a Blonde/Ash 'Ombre'. The staff were friendly but I wish they had done a hair strand check first instead of raising my expectations so highly with false hopes and spend £135 for something I really did not WANT! The cheap strawberry blonde tone with ginger patches was a Disaster! Which is where Rmuk Hair Beauty Day Spa come in! Massi the colour technician... is my HERO! He truly cares about a woman's look, he knows his technical knowledge, and he really cares about the end results to make sure the customer is happy. I booked 2x free consultation w/ him, he did some hair strand tests, advised me what toner lifted best with my hair pigments, booked the appointment, and the Result is just so satisfying! Another amazing visit today, this time for colour, my 1st colour at RMUK. Massi instinctively knew exactly what I imagined how I wanted my hair to look like but what I ended up with was 1000% times better. Total professional and perfectionism. Everyone at the salon is so welcoming and friendly, I'm already feeling like a regular even though this was my 2nd visit. ☺

First visit to new salon yesterday and I have to say it's stunning. What a gorge building and the bar area and complimentary client chauffeur service are a fantastic added bonus. I always have my hair done by Adam and my hair looks fab when I leave. Definitely recommend!

Visited the new salon for a manicure with my mum yesterday and was really impressed - staff were lovely & did a great job on my well worn nails - and the new salon is real hidden gem- lots of lovely spacious rooms which make for a relaxing atmosphere. The roof terrace and bar area are stunning. Definitely worth the few minutes' extra walk from the city centre.

Well. I have to say it’s one of the few places I really love in Leeds to relax and get great service. However, I have to unfortunately write today something that is not very nice because I felt I have been treated unfairly. She really listened and undid it a few times just to make sure it was perfect. As she was doing my hair I was looking around the salon and everyone there carries out their job with such precision. They are miles ahead of any other salon I’ve visited and I have visited a lot! I can’t wait to go back and try out other treatments. Treatment was enjoyable but booking was a big mess. I came in to book an appointment for a facial treatment in person, talked with a therapist about what I wanted, but was then booked in for a different treatment...Not only was I put down for a wrong day than requested (which I then had to change), but instead of 60 minutes agreed with the therapist I got booked in for 30, which I only found out on the day.
