I love going to the salon especially for massages. I do have my favourites Rachel and Laura but all of the girls are very friendly and professional and patient especially with me as I'm the one always asking questions during treatments. As soon as you walk into the treatment room it's calming and relaxing with soft music in the background - I'm always sorry when it comes to an end. Keep doing what you do girls because it works!!! Highly recommend this salon! From the moment you step through the door you are made to feel welcome and at ease. The treatment rooms are modern, luxurious and relaxing and the staff are very friendly and tailor treatments to your individual needs. Recently had a back massage with Rachel (had many others treatments too), it was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. My go to place when I need to feel pampered. My last visit was with Lora where I had an amazing shellac pedicure. I even had a bit of help choosing my colour. Would highly recommend beauty matters for a number of treatments especially for the massages and my nails doing. The atmosphere is always welcoming and professional and the girls are lovely and very patient and listen carefully to my wishes so they can carry the treatments out to meet my needs. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else but Beauty Matters for my shellac manicure, they have a great selection of colours and always keep to your appointment time. Natalie and the rest of the staff are professional and put you at ease instantly. Lovely atmosphere and stunning salon. Poor communication and customer service. Booked in for a pedicure to start my maternity leave but When I arrived I was told I couldn't have the treatment because i already had gel polish on my toes and they wouldn't remove it because I had applied it my self at home. I wasn't asked on the phone if I had any product on already. My only option would have been to return home and remove the gel myself (pretty impossible at 37 weeks pregnant!!) so I chose not to have the treatment. No apology, compensation or alternative treatment was offered and I was just told it was their policy not to remove gel applied elsewhere. Totally fine, But I'm not a mind reader! Read Less
