The salon is immaculate and you are made to feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. You always feel comfortable and pampered with any treatment you have chosen. The treatment rooms are lovely too and make your experience all the more special. Poor communication and customer service. Booked in for a pedicure to start my maternity leave but When I arrived I was told I couldn't have the treatment because i already had gel polish on my toes and they wouldn't remove it because I had applied it my self at home. I wasn't asked on the phone if I had any product on already. My only option would have been to return home and remove the gel myself (pretty impossible at 37 weeks pregnant!!) so I chose not to have the treatment. No apology, compensation or alternative treatment was offered and I was just told it was their policy not to remove gel applied elsewhere. Totally fine, But I'm not a mind reader! Read Less
