Always rushing when your nails not dry they just want you to leave. They are constantly on their phone and 4 different people work on your nail one does taking off the other one does filling!!! i was introduced to this nail salon by my daughter a couple of months ago and must say have not had any problem . They are polite, offer advice when asked and more importantly do the job ! They also have great selection of colours and are not over priced . My nails last a good 3 weeks, don't chip and I constantly get complements about them even when they are due to be done, which has to speak volumes and a great testament to the job they do. I felt it only fair to comment on the nails as that is the reason I go. . but feel to add I Have friends and family to talk to so don't go there for the company !! and as previously been stated they are not Chinese  and defiantly not ignorant to the customers around them. I decided to get some acrylics for a change I have never been to a nail salon before and the staff were kind but rude the staff didn't really communicate. They paid more attention to their phones than the nails. It was quite hard to choose a colour because they looked completely different on the nail, so to improve that you should have a sample next to the nail varnish. But apart from that every thing was good so I will definitely come again. Read Less
