Had really bad shellac done. Staff was very rude and didnt understand one bit of English. Explained to her what i wanted and she didnt understand so she just did what she wanted. Asked to get it changed and they charged me extra £4 for changing two finger nails. Was not happy with it at all, Came home and sorted it myself and made it 10x better with my own home kit. Do not go there please. staff are absolutely rude and always in a bad mood specially the business owner, when u sit down u stress that are they gonna be nice this time or be moody. Again having same problem as other places they rush it they don’t want to make an effort to make the nails look nice. They speak very poor english. DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE! I went for my nails doing -I wanted gels which I usually get done at a place in Mirfield but forgot to book in and needed them doing for a weekend away for my birthday ! They chipped the first day but couldn't go back as I was in London, 3 had chipped by my birthday ! Was gutted . When I got home 9 nails Were chipped ! I called into my local beauty salon & they straight away could tell the Chinese had done them and said they wouldn't even remove there work as they damage your nails so bad & that the shellac and gel they use are FAKE and poor quality . also staff are rude and make you feel uncomfortable, they all just ignore you and talk Chinese to each other and are not polite and welcoming at all . Will be sticking to my local salons from now on where they use quality products that last and are chatty and nice to you. These Chinese places are cheap for a reason - stay away! Read Less

Would never recommend its unexperienced staff working there and quality is really poor. After one day my nails were crashing and price was also high for this kind of service. The wait time here is ridiculous, instead of having one person to both trim and paint your nails, there is a wait between shuffling around this tiny shop between the different staff, I only asked for a gel manicure but I've been waiting over an hour, I rate it 1 star because even after all the waiting it was a decent manicure even if I did felt a bit manhandled Read Less

Usually do a good job of my nails but the last time I went in, the nails lasted just 4 days then they all began to come off I had an event planned the next day so was devastated and went back for them to fix the nails and they were extremely rude made me feel very uncomfortable, they fixed a few of the nails but left the rest looking a mess which was very upsetting as I pay 30 pounds for nails done here would not go again.
