Salon is never too busy, so no long waits. I'd say 8/10 a great job. Staff dont talk much English, but that doesn't bother me. Should be abit more customer focused.

I went there for my birthday i told him the first salon i went to they didn’t do a good job please make sure it looks nice he decided to be on his phone and he kept looking at the time!!! It took him 2 hours to do my nails one person did take off another person did filling and another person put new set on !!! Its disappointing. sorry but where have they been qualified to do nails? They cant speak English they communicate with their staff another language shouting across the salon. The most disappointing part is u show them a image and they say ok ok i will make it the same and while it comes to filling they keep on asking is that ok? Is that good and they make it supper chunky and fake my nails look chunky and the gel is been patchy i don’t recommend anyone going there. waste of money they rush it .

My nails were flat and the man doing them clearly didn’t want me there, not only that but it was my birthday and I was the only one in the shop. He kept going on his phone and when my friend put a birthday badge on me he clearly rolled his eyes. He was rude and I was extremely unhappy with the service
