The entire team at The Nail Spa is awesome. My nails look better than they ever have, they always fit you in, and they do an incredible job all the way around. I have finally found my nail salon! I feel like i tried every place in Antioch before I finally found The Nail Spa! All of the staff is wonderful and they do such an excellent job! FEB 2017 update.. so I always thought it was weird how they use the same nail files and buffers and all that stuff on my fingers that they used on everyone else but I didn't say anything because I figured they knew what they were doing. Now I've got a stupid nail fungus that's going to take 6 months to go away and it's killing my fingers I'm in so much pain!!!! I can never go back here again, I'm so upset. And I've told everybody about this place. My sister is in the medical field and when I showed her she freaked out and said don't ever go back to that place again. I used to come here every two weeks faithfully until this past week. I had my nails done by solo (solar nails to be specific) and went about my day. Five days later, 3 of my nails broke off and they refused to fix them. To be clear, I don't do anything rough, I sit at a desk and type all day. They asked me if I was paying and I told them no because this wasn't my fault. All of the workers in the shop proceeded to tell me they can't guarantee that my nails won't break and that there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service. Y'all can have that. Read Less

This is the only nail shop I've been to where I'm comfortable with anyone doing my nails. SNS is highly recommended. Andrew spoils me. Christina is a sweet heart. Solo is very artistic. Anna is amazing. Pops (Tom) cares about all the clients. Keno has great convos especially about food ventures . Their service is great and have a nice relaxed atmosphere to where you never want to leave. Very professional and cautious with my allergy condition.Read Less
