I love this place. I will continue to drive all the way from Blacksburg to Pulaski just so Vickie can do my nails. And I love Brian he's hilarious. This salon isn't in the nicest area. And everyone around there is cheap and expects to receive a lot and give a little. It's rude. Tip your nail techs. Maybe don't be a rude cheap ass hole when you come in and they will service you in a good manner. Vickie went above and beyond to make sure my nails for New Orleans/and st pats were beautiful. These 2 had shops in California THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!!!! respect them!

Rude staff. Visited for the first time today and found the male staff who did my nails to be almost aggressive, and very rude. The only pleasant person there was the young girl who was very polite. The rest were clearly sniggering and talking in their own language about customers. They may assume some of us are too stupid to notice, but I can assure them a lot of us aren't. A course in customer service is needed. I won't be visiting them again, and will not recommend them.

I just left this joke of a shop. I ask for a manicure and gel polish which I chose French manicure. I paid 35.00 for I don't even know what. I got the French gel polish. The manicure consisted of her filing and shaping my nails. I came home and got the clippers and trimmed the hang nail off my thumb. Brian is the man and he is ok but the wife is rude and a smart a**. This is the second time I have left mad and been charged way to much. I want go back and I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!! I'm furious and wish I had not Of went and wasted my money. I have contacted the BBB

They have terrible policies! I paid $40 bucks to stick my feet in water and have them simply painted! I also had a gift certificate with money on it that I got for CHRISTMAS of 2016 and she said it was out of date when there was no date written on it! Will never go back and recommend no one else go and waste your money on something you can do at home!

Horrible .... everytime I go in I'm charged a different price for the exact same thing I had done 2 weeks prior! I went in today and was told $30 for a gel powder fill with no gel polish when last time it was $22 with gel polish. These people are ripping their customers off and I'm filing a complaint with the BBB! If you value your money and don't want to be ripped off GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I love this place. I will continue to drive all the way from Blacksburg to Pulaski just so Vickie can do my nails. And I love Brian he's hilarious. This salon isn't in the nicest area. And everyone around there is cheap and expects to receive a lot and give a little. It's rude. Tip your nail techs. Maybe don't be a rude cheap ass hole when you come in and they will service you in a good manner. Vickie went above and beyond to make sure my nails for New Orleans/and st pats were beautiful. These 2 had shops in California THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!!!! respect them!

Rude staff. Visited for the first time today and found the male staff who did my nails to be almost aggressive, and very rude. The only pleasant person there was the young girl who was very polite. The rest were clearly sniggering and talking in their own language about customers. They may assume some of us are too stupid to notice, but I can assure them a lot of us aren't. They have terrible policies! I paid $40 bucks to stick my feet in water and have them simply painted!
