I've been going here for 2 years. Noticed recently some changes. Putting 1x coat of paint rather than 2. When I asked why, rude guy argued with me telling me never put 2 x coats on. Then told not to come back if I didn't like. Won't be back, ever.
Often wonder why there is such a high turn over of people working here. One person I once got to know. Told me they were moving to another shop. Couldn't say where or when. Sounded like they had no choice.

Needed my nails doing quickly before a family event, man doing my nails cut me with the drill and nail file, was sat for 20 minutes before my nails were apparently dry, when I asked for a discount due to being cut twice I was told “no £20 and get out”, snapped a nail after 2 days, didn’t bother to push my cuticles down or trim them. Very poor service, will never go here again. Suppose people of garforth only go here because it’s cheap and convenient.

Good if you need your nails done immediately with no appointment. Uncomfortable being sat with people who don't speak English who speak to each other while doing your nails. Shellac nails did stay fin...
Good if you need your nails done immediately with no appointment. Uncomfortable being sat with people who don't speak English who speak to each other while doing your nails. Shellac nails did stay fine for over 3 weeks though.

Went for my holiday nails doing today and all was fine. The man who did my acrylics was rather rough and rude. He said my left hand was dry once sitting for 10 minutes under the dryer, but did not check my right. Unfortunately, my thumb nail has scuffed from top to bottom and I feel this is an extreme waste of £20.

I went yesterday to get my nails done. Half way through two male members of staff decided to have a massive row with each other in the middle of the shop. It lasted about 15 minutes and was quite frightening and I nearly got up and walked out. They had no regard for customer service & I left very disappointed! It's a joke when they have a poster on the wall saying they will not tolerate abbusive behaviour....practice what you preach!!

Atrocious quality manicure and pedicure! I had a French on my fingers and shellac on my toes and have had to file my fingernails every day due to peeling on the free edge. The cuticles on my toenails ...
Atrocious quality manicure and pedicure! I had a French on my fingers and shellac on my toes and have had to file my fingernails every day due to peeling on the free edge. The cuticles on my toenails weren't pushed back properly and the polish is very patchy. What a waste of £55. Don't waste your money!

I've been going here for 2 years. Noticed recently some changes. Putting 1x coat of paint rather than 2. When I asked why, rude guy argued with me telling me never put 2 x coats on. Then told not to come back if I didn't like. Won't be back, ever.

Atrocious quality manicure and pedicure! I had a French on my fingers and shellac on my toes and have had to file my fingernails every day due to peeling on the free edge. The cuticles on my toenails weren't pushed back properly and the polish is very patchy. What a waste of £55. Don't waste your money!
