I wish there was a zero star option. This place used to be the best of the best. Last time they tore up my fingers and made me bleed. I had a gift card this time so I gave them another chance. Never ever again. The woman that started my nails had them half applied and kept having to pull them off and try again. Then I specifically asked for pointed tips and she rounded them. Then I had to ask her to be more gentle three times because she was sanding off the sides of my fing...ers. Hotspots everywhere. Finally she quits and has the other tech take over. It takes 30 minutes for her to fix the mess the other girl made. Finally after an hour and 45 minutes we were done. I was paying most of my cost on a gift card and the few bucks remaining off my debit card. Their machine malfunctioned so she just decided it was okay to run my card for the full amount. When I objected she said she would give me the difference on another gift card! Uh, no thank you. Finally she gives me the cash difference. Which I now need to go put back in my bank account. Never ever again. So disappointed. See More

I absolutely love this place. The deluxe Spa Pedi's with hot rocks and heated boots are AWESOME!! I get the powder dip, they didn't have a big selection of colors, so I bought a couple of my own and took one in with me. The next time I went they had a nice verity of colors and had them painted on the nail display strips. They have always been very friendly!

Called and made appointment for dipped gel. When I arrived man thought I was here for pedicure. After I told him I wanted dipped gel, he looked st my nails and asked what color and I told him the same red that I had on. He wrapped nails in foil but when that didn't get all the old polish off, so he drilled it off and kept on drilling. Then he used file on top of nails and then drilled some more (until it hurt). I told him I wanted nails a little shorter; well, now they... are just nubs. After all that he told me they didn't have red dipped gel - they only had orange, blue, green, yellow and white but would have red and lots of other colors on Monday. It's only Thursday! Regular gel does not last on my nails but what do you do after he's already filed nails paper-thin! He said if it came off, he would redo them. No way will I ever go back in there. My nails are still very tender and so thin. Worst nail experience ever! See More

Obviously they do NOT care about customer service. They were rude to my wife and their quality is non-existent. Spend your money at another local nail spot.

Came in for "coffin nails" and a pedicure. The staff was awesome, and the work top notch. No rushing to get me in and out. Quiet pedicure area. **New nail salon found!

Me and hubby both enjoyed, had seen some rough reviews but went anyway, had been a few years ago and had great experience, they did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend

I loved this salon when it first opened. We would always go here. I even brought my family here but then it changed and the salon in Walmart was way better than them. Very sad.

Place sucks....dude told me 5 minute wait....took 20 minutes to get in for pedicure. ...then sat in chair for another 25 minutes without service when I got up and walked out. I do not recommend this ...

I do not recommend this place. When I walked out I saw the girl that was supposed to be working on me painting the nails of another customer. They have no respect for walk in....first come first serve. Nope

Very rude! They don't greet customers or look at them when they walk in. They are incredibly rude if your ask to use the restroom. For a place that charges $10 more than most for a pedicure you would think they could at least have some customer service. Can't tell you how the service itself is because I didn't stay to find out.

I wish there was a zero star option. This place used to be the best of the best. Last time they tore up my fingers and made me bleed. I had a gift card this time so I gave them another chance. Never ever again. The woman that started my nails had them half applied and kept having to pull them off and try again. Then I specifically asked for pointed tips and she rounded them. I absolutely love this place. The deluxe Spa Pedi's with hot rocks and heated boots are AWESOME!! I get the powder dip, they didn't have a big selection of colors, so I bought a couple of my own and took one in with me. The next time I went they had a nice verity of colors and had them painted on the nail display strips. They have always been very friendly!

Very rude! They don't greet customers or look at them when they walk in. They are incredibly rude if your ask to use the restroom.
