Pedicure was great, full set not has left me disappointed. He did nothing to my cuticles, rushed through the whole process and didn't even allow the gel color (which I did NOT choose by the way) to dry fully which resulted in him smearing it and having to redo my one finger. He rushed through redoing that one finger and left it flooded with polish on my cuticle that I cannot get off. One nail is knicked so bad from the drill that it was bleeding in two places and he saw it an...d didn't even apologize despite clearly seeing it but he proceeded to clean my fingers off with acetone two minutes later. ***EDIT*** I went back the next day to tell them about my nails and I got to speak to the manager Andy. Andy removed the polish, reshaped my nails and had another lady put the gel polish on that I got to pick. Andy was really awesome and the lady was just as nice and good. Me and my daughter called here on Friday last week I got acrylics and Gel polish my daughter got Gel polish as she is only 12. We love our nails. They dont take appointments you walk in but they are very fast to get to you and they do the nails as quick as lightening. Please dont take offence at the way they ask you things or say things it s quite abrupt but they are not being rude you can chat to them while they are doing your nails. They are just hard workers and very efficient at what they do and they dont like to keep customers waiting. I will return when I visit the Uk again for sure. xxx Read Less
