Absolutely terrible service, one member of staff working on a Friday afternoon. Was waiting for an hour. The owner needs to sort their staff out and train them in a customer service course as there was no acknowledgment from the staff member that was working that day. What a disfunctional work place. No prodessionalism what so ever!

Totally took the piss out of me! I went for a interview last Thursday and she said I could have the job as long as I wanted, id get paid minimum wage and she train me in services I didn't know. Thought it was going great but yesterday I had half day then tam said she was Interviewing people who are fully qualified in acrylic nails which I can't do! She cba training me to do full acrylica! She changed her mind overnight!! So she talked to me and next thing I was tidying the salon and she says "katie you might as well go as I need people who are fully qualified in acrylic nails" she didn't have the guts to tell me I was sacked and apparently I was getting trained so I haven't been paid for the work, treatments I did! So I am very pissed off and disappointed and upset I been messed about before and now well not anymore people can't walk all over me again!! I just wanted my dream job in beauty but it seems so hard to find it!

I was happy at first when had acrylic nails done but after one week and endless trips back to tams for nails redoing as they kept coming off they are all off in one week when acylic nails should last ...
I was happy at first when had acrylic nails done but after one week and endless trips back to tams for nails redoing as they kept coming off they are all off in one week when acylic nails should last upto 4 weeks before needing infill well these ones will never need a infill as don't last because they are just stick on nails . I was told this is the new safer way of doing acrylics so not inhaling the chemicals load of rubbish it was a way to trick you I will never ever have my nails done here again as I wasted my money for a product that wasn't what I paid for even though the staff was polite and did re do each nail that came off I gave up going back to shop and accepted that I had been cheated

Omg do not go here for nails absolutely terrible. They did a bad job of my shellac and when I told them they were so rude to me and the lady shouted get off my premises. She shouted at me in front of another customer who's nails they had messed up. They do not know what they are doing and don't care if they mess it up!!! Bad manners and no customer service. I overheard one of the ladies say she messed up a customers eyebrows and still charged her full price. Disguisting place and they can not do nails, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Loved my holiday nails and they lasted so well , no lifting etc even with going in the pool daily etc. Will be back soon for a new set

Horrible service. Had pedicure done very badly and eyebrows always had different shapes. When I had face threading done, hair appeared in 5 days. Never anymore.

The owner needs to sort their staff out and train them in a customer service course as there was no acknowledgment from the staff member that was working that day. What a disfunctional work place. Totally took the piss out of me! I went for a interview last Thursday and she said I could have the job as long as I wanted, id get paid minimum wage and she train me in services I didn't know. I was happy at first when had acrylic nails done but after one week and endless trips back to tams for nails redoing as they kept coming off they are all off in one week when acylic nails should last upto 4 weeks before needing infill well these ones will never need a infill as don't last because they are just stick on nails .
