Today my trip at miss nails was very lovely and all the employees were very kind As I entered we asked about prices and decided at a £20 colour acrylic. They kindly showed me the color shelf and told me to pick my chosen colour and take a seat. The staff member did I fantastic job he was really great and a good laugh. It was my first time having my nails done on a salon. They gave me tips on how to care for them etc... And I left with a lovely set of almond shape barbie pink acrylics. Read Less

This place is a rubbish. I just came from there and after how they treated me and other customers i decided to share this. There were two women and a boy, I entered and asked for a manicure, they were all busy, so i sat somewhere until a girl came and began to do my nails. First the tool was taken from another customer and it wasn t sterilized, then she began and after she was playing with my cuticles, sent someone to give polish on my nails. And I was like, what?? is that everything, I need a shape, and I asked for a square one, she said no, she cannot do it. She started to give me with polish when a customer came in and asked to repair her nails, but they said they give no guarantees for the fake nails as her nails were too short, and all of them started to scream at her. Alright my nails were done, and another customer was about to pay when they said they don t have change so today it must be 30 pounds for her, but the salon is situated in a shopping center so they could go and get some change. When i took my nails from the lamp, the polish was around my nails, and it was hard on the skin, i told her and i said i am not happy, she said that my nails are too short ::)) , as she said to the other customer, so that s why the nail polish is on my skin, i was alright leave it, but then i was so angry, and i touched my nail, she said that she will repair it, i said no leave it, and yeaa she left it, she didn t even try to do it better, I was asking how much is it, i handed the money and she came with some cream, which i said no because i ll never go back there. rubish that s the only thing i can say about this salon. Oh, and now, i took the polish off and i m shaping my nails btw i gave that star just because otherwise i cannot post the review, but they dont worth even this one. Read Less
