I’ve never felt so taken advantage of in my entire life, and I cannot believe after frequenting this establishment that this is where it happened. Today, I got charged $50 for dip powder. Just the power-no hand massage, no lotion, no hot towels. And it looked TERRIBLE. I didn’t want to complain so I just told myself to deal with it. Hours later, I was just beside myself that I had spent so much money on something that looked so bad. I went back and asked if they could please ...take a look, remove the polish and do it right. EVERY worker in the store started to point at me, talk about me, laugh and roll their eyes. The woman who had done my nails the first time literally slammed the polish remover down and walked away. After removing the polish they said I’d be charged the $50 AGAIN to make it right. Excuse me? They wanted to charge me for their mistake, when Miss was too busy flirting with her boyfriend behind me to do it right the first time. I will not be back and will be sure to tell anyone I’ve recommended to this place not to go back either. The worker who ended up repainting them didn’t hide her aggressive attitude and was so blatantly rough that she cut two of my fingers with the drill-making them bleed. Afficher la suite

First time there and 24 hours later ALL my nails from a French manicure are chipped off. I've been to other places and this has never happened. I won't go back.

They are really into detail and actually take their time with their pedicures. This is no factory line up! Making an appointment would be ideal here.

I went in with my sister to get a full set. The lady who was doing it, was rushing the whole time, didn't correct what was wrong with them that I pointed out. Then when she's done and buffing them, she completely scrapes my skin off on my left thumb (right on the cuticle). It hurt so much I just had to stop her and leave. I didn't like my experience what so ever, I wish I could get them removed because I don't like the way they look. really disappointed with this place

After waiting 15 minutes in the lobby, my friend and I were brought back to sit in the pedicure chairs. After 30 minutes, I still didn't have a nail technician or even water in the basin. Only when I went to put my polish back (my friend was completely done with her pedicure), did someone come up to me to ask if I was ready.

For a Bachelorette party, we booked a 6pm appointment for pedis and manis. We were all sat at spas at 6:15, but no pedis begun until 7pm. Also, instead of receiving group pedis, they started on 2 of us for quite a while before starting the other 2 pedis. Our pedis and manis were not finished until 9pm!!!

They're awesome there! So friendly, they make sure you are happy with everything. Pedis are great there!! Hot stones and all! I will not going anywhere else for my nails!!! Love them

Best pedicures, they take their time and do a fantastic job...hot stones and heavenly foot massage while you sit back and enjoy a glass of wine or beverage. Love this place!

I've been coming hear for more than a year now. It is the best place I have found in Bellevue. I love that I can have a glass of wine while I get my pedicure and a little massage with my manicure. I even have family members that come from Kentucky each month to have their nails done here.

I've just come back from my second threading experience with Suong/Sandra. She is wonderful. I've only tried threading these two times. It does hurt quite a bit, and but I like it better than waxing...
I've just come back from my second threading experience with Suong/Sandra. She is wonderful. I've only tried threading these two times. It does hurt quite a bit, and but I like it better than waxing because my skin very sensitive and waxing leaves my skin irritated for a long time. This way, there's only a little pinkness, and it only lasts about 15 minutes, and the pain is completely gone as soon as she stops! :) I'd come back all the time, if I weren't moving!<3

I’ve never felt so taken advantage of in my entire life, and I cannot believe after frequenting this establishment that this is where it happened. Today, I got charged $50 for dip powder. I went in with my sister to get a full set. The lady who was doing it, was rushing the whole time, didn't correct what was wrong with them that I pointed out. Then when she's done and buffing them, she completely scrapes my skin off on my left thumb (right on the cuticle). It hurt so much I just had to stop her and leave. Also, instead of receiving group pedis, they started on 2 of us for quite a while before starting the other 2 pedis. Our pedis and manis were not finished until 9pm!!!
