Elaine did a full set of acrylics for me and took time and effort to make sure each nail was done perfectly. They both made me feel very welcome and I will definitely be visiting again! The girls were very friendly but my nails are pretty poorly done and I would say that this is down to attention to detail really. 6 of them were filed wonky (I have pointed) so the point was not in line with the middle of my finger, I asked for this to be straightened and it wasn't. I could see that it was going to end up like this by the way she cut the tips before applying Acrylic but gave the benefit of the doubt! The finished nails are quite far from my nail bed (not sure if that's the right term) so they look pretty grown out now for one week old set of nails. The side profile of the nails is also very un-uniform and lumpy. And upon painting them with gel colour, one of my nails was only given one coat, whilst the rest were given two, meaning the paint is translucent against the light and quite a lot lighter than the rest of them. Very disappointed which is a shame, as I like the salon. Read Less

Made an appointment for a pedicure at 11.00. Arrived on time offered a drink which took 10 mins to arrive then asked again if I had an appointment. When one of the staff heard I was waiting for a pedicure she pulled a face (obviously she did not like feet and particularly old feet) she said she would be at least 20 mins although they fitted in someone without an appointment whilst I was waiting. Lovely new salon in Broadwater, opened in December.  Friendly experienced staff.  Great nail art, you think it they create it.  OPI gel polishes in loads of colours.  Nail enhancements, manicures, nail art, etc etc.  love coming here for a good chat and jelly beans while my nails are being done.
