I can see already that this place has had a lot of bad reviews. My mum had recommended it to me as her 1st experience happened to be quite good. But the 2nd, and now subsequently last time, was awful. We both had eyelash extensions. The woman that did my mum's had left glue in my mum's hair, and before my mum had realised the lady went and hid out the back, leaving the lady that did my set to fix the mess. She spent 40mins using every kind of substance that wouldn't damage my mum's hair to help tease out the glue. No apology, no kind gesture of offering any type of money back , just a bunch of complaining that they had to waste resources trying to fix their mistake and they found it hilarious that it had happened. My mum was furious and worried that she would have to have had half of her hair cut off if they couldn't get it out. What a waste of £90 when half my lashes fell out within 3 days and my mum had an infuriating experience. All the staff were rude and constantly distracted. Read Less
