Have been going to this nail bar a while now but have just had an very uncomfortable hour or so there. I know there is a language barrier but there should still be curtesy. To have a boy treating you with utter disrespect is appalling. Two lovely girls who work there and speak English could see there was something wrong and showed concern. But I felt too upset to discuss how I felt. Sorry....I could not stomach another visit there.

DISSAPOINTED WILL NOT BE GOING BACK I took my daughter here to have her nails done as a treat as she has been desperately trying to grow them. To say i am dissapointed is an understatement. My daughters nails initially looked nice. Done quite quickly which worried me a little. By day 2 they were chipped after a week 2 nails had ripped off taking half her natural nail with it, very painful. By 10 days only half were left. Came into shop to complain and was basically to...ld it was my fault. Was given number for manager who promised to call back to me and never did. Sent private messages with no response!!! My daughters nails are ruined. She refuses to step foot inside your shop again. I am so disappointed as i hoped this could have been a regular place for us but found them unprofessional and very unhelpful and refused to give me a refund See more

I am a regular at coco’s an absolutely love it here! The staff are all so friendly and approachable. My nails always look so nice and I am always complimented on them. I was served by the manager today and I had a full set. You never feel rushed in there and I always feel relaxed. I always recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I went to coco in 9th of November to have SNS powder . I choose a very nice red Colour . When It was done the Colour didn't look the same I chose . So another client was next to me . Asked her does it look like the colour I chose .She agreed and said it looked darker .I said I'm not happy with the colour .Then Lee the manager came and asked her male staff to remove everything and do it again in her language.Still didn't look like the one I chose but it was ok .At least they did their best . I was pleased though .

Had my nails done Friday by a lady who looked to be in charge, she came across nice but was yawning the whole time and i felt like they'd been rushed, I was literally in there 15mins. They looked good until Saturday when one of them snapped off. Then another snapped off on Sunday, went back and had the two replaced by a guy who was so lovely but then two more snapped off later that evening. I can see them lifting and this is really not right. Having had my nails done countless times and lasting 2-3weeks+ before any lift, I wasn't happy about them snapping off and lifting. the layer of acrylic used is minimal hence the snapping. Will be going back again to have the snapped ones fixed and the others replaced hopefully... This should not happen with nails 4 days old, looks like i've had them weeks

Had eyebrows waxed and threaded by naila over and over and will alway come back... She's always willing to do a bit more to make the customer happy and is always smiling-Soooo recommended

Tonight I had a wonderful pedicure. came in after shops were shut thinking they would be closed but they were happy to pamper me. Drank lots of tea, relaxing massage, awesome customer service and brilliant looking footsies! Sorry I didn't get the Vietnamese gentleman's name but he did amazing job x

i really did not want to leave this review but im in agony. the nails 5* amazing service but the beauty salon at the back im really gutted i tried. i had a hollywood and full legs done with intention of gettin underarms done too but i had to stop. im severely bruised on my upper inner leg and my skin has been taken off/burnt in my bikini line. really quite upset as the lady was mega sweet and its a real shame but im sorry dont think that anyone should have to go through that. i get a hollywood done every month NEVER have o suffered llike this.

Before and wheb my mum visited thought I would take her there to relax whilst having a pedicure Such a clean fresh place and lovely people that work there. The madsage chairs are amazing too. We felt so relaxed not rushed like some places. They offered us drinks and made sure we were ok. I also think the price is really good.

Amazing place very friendly and chatty staff, the lady who's business this is has been doing my nails for 4 years plus and is amazing. Customers always get offered a tea or coffee when there. Nails are always good quality and we'll priced. From personal point of view I normally go in with my autistic son and they always make him feel comfortable and relaxed which is amazing. Deffinatly recommend you try.

Have been going to this nail bar a while now but have just had an very uncomfortable hour or so there. I know there is a language barrier but there should still be curtesy. To have a boy treating you with utter disrespect is appalling. Two lovely girls who work there and speak English could see there was something wrong and showed concern. But I felt too upset to discuss how I felt. Sorry....I could not stomach another visit there.

DISSAPOINTED WILL NOT BE GOING BACK I took my daughter here to have her nails done as a treat as she has been desperately trying to grow them. To say i am dissapointed is an understatement. My daughters nails initially looked nice. Done quite quickly which worried me a little. I am a regular at coco’s an absolutely love it here! The staff are all so friendly and approachable. My nails always look so nice and I am always complimented on them. I was served by the manager today and I had a full set. You never feel rushed in there and I always feel relaxed. I always recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Had my nails done Friday by a lady who looked to be in charge, she came across nice but was yawning the whole time and i felt like they'd been rushed, I was literally in there 15mins. They looked good until Saturday when one of them snapped off. Then another snapped off on Sunday, went back and had the two replaced by a guy who was so lovely but then two more snapped off later that evening. We felt so relaxed not rushed like some places. They offered us drinks and made sure we were ok. I also think the price is really good.

Amazing place very friendly and chatty staff, the lady who's business this is has been doing my nails for 4 years plus and is amazing. Customers always get offered a tea or coffee when there. Nails are always good quality and we'll priced. From personal point of view I normally go in with my autistic son and they always make him feel comfortable and relaxed which is amazing.
