I’m disgusted how my sister has been treated today her nails broke literally 2 and a half hours after getting them done and they refused to fix them for free! She doesn’t have a phone so is unable to do this herself but it needed to be done!!

Absolutely awful!! I would never want anyone to go through what I have gone through with this shop. They have been extremely rude and unhelpful and when coming down with the final product I have received I’m absolutely disgusted, I have asked for them to be the way I like them and it looks like this task was far to difficult to complete. The way they have dealt with this situation is appalling and I would never want anyone to be treated so disrespectfully! Each and everytime I have been to this nail shop the results have been shocking, and this is certainly the final straw. They will be losing a lot of customers as a lot of friends and family usually go to this shop. I have paid £26 for nails i hate and can not get my money back. I would however, highly recommend natural nails in Brighton or glamour nails in Worthing. Thank you

I went to tt nails shoreham yesterday. And today it’s coming off. I rang them. They said if I go in today they will sort it out. I said I can’t today as I have other commitments and they said they wouldn’t be able to do anything then. I am disgusted. I paid £13. Which I can’t really afford to throw away as I’m on a pension x

Near to where I live and very reasonable prices. They have a complete range of colours of shellac ordinary polish and range of all false nail treatments

I’m disgusted how my sister has been treated today her nails broke literally 2 and a half hours after getting them done and they refused to fix them for free! She doesn’t have a phone so is unable to do this herself but it needed to be done!!

Absolutely awful!! I would never want anyone to go through what I have gone through with this shop. They have been extremely rude and unhelpful and when coming down with the final product I have received I’m absolutely disgusted, I have asked for them to be the way I like them and it looks like this task was far to difficult to complete. The way they have dealt with this situation is appalling and I would never want anyone to be treated so disrespectfully! Each and everytime I have been to this nail shop the results have been shocking, and this is certainly the final straw. They will be losing a lot of customers as a lot of friends and family usually go to this shop. I have paid £26 for nails i hate and can not get my money back.
