Went here as if been given a voucher and heard great stories but... If you are have healthy, long natural nails, avoid this place. I will have to wait for the damage caused by their tools to grow out. It’s fine using tools on acrylic nails but not on someone’s natural nails. I only wanted shellac removal and reapplication there was no need to use anything other than nail polish remover to get the old product off. I’ve had it done hundreds of times before but never with an electric file! Found the staff rude, spoke to each other in a foreign language. Didn’t engage with the customers and we’re abrupt when they spoke to me. Won’t be going back. Read Less
