I asked for a shellac manicure and normal pedicure. I was charged nearly £50. Recently had my nails done somewhere else where they told me that I had not actually received a shellac manicure. Annoyingly enough, I wouldn't have known the difference, had I not gone to this other salon, because I've never had shellac before.

I haven't been here before, but my friend has and really recommended going here for acrylic nails. I have a nail biting habit so I wondered how long your nails have to be for acrylic? Please reply.

Second time I have been.. First time was good, but this time it felt like the girl who did my nails was in such a rush even though there was no one else waiting. She was huffing and puffing taking my shellac off and in between waiting whilst my nails were soaked she was sat on her phone the whole time! So unprofessional! And then when she filed my nails she was so rough and quick, and then she painted my nails so quickly as if she was showing off.. But I was not impressed! Did not feel like a valued customer at all and will not be returning!

Was busy, I had 3 different people to do my acrylics, just wanted simple short ones, he did them so bad they were so far away from cuticle looked like 2 weeks growth! And bumpy. Asked for a refund but...
Was busy, I had 3 different people to do my acrylics, just wanted simple short ones, he did them so bad they were so far away from cuticle looked like 2 weeks growth! And bumpy. Asked for a refund but they refused, they just said to come back again and he would fix them, he didn't. He just filed them down and painted again, after 10 days 3 had fallen off, waste of money £25.

I've used divine nails on and off over the years and even though they do my nails great the hygiene is very poor. I've stopped having pedicures there as firstly they use the credo file which slices off skin and has made my feet v sore and I always end u with athletes foot or verrucas . They don't clean out the spas properly as they are always in a rush to get the next person in. The place needs a complete overhaul but it's about getting more people in. Their prices are good but very poor hygiene. I don't think if ever seen some wipe the floor or clean down work station. There's dust every where

I asked for a shellac manicure and normal pedicure. I was charged nearly £50. Recently had my nails done somewhere else where they told me that I had not actually received a shellac manicure. Annoyingly enough, I wouldn't have known the difference, had I not gone to this other salon, because I've never had shellac before.

Second time I have been.. First time was good, but this time it felt like the girl who did my nails was in such a rush even though there was no one else waiting. She was huffing and puffing taking my shellac off and in between waiting whilst my nails were soaked she was sat on her phone the whole time! So unprofessional! And then when she filed my nails she was so rough and quick, and then she painted my nails so quickly as if she was showing off.. But I was not impressed! Did not feel like a valued customer at all and will not be returning!

I've used divine nails on and off over the years and even though they do my nails great the hygiene is very poor. I've stopped having pedicures there as firstly they use the credo file which slices off skin and has made my feet v sore and I always end u with athletes foot or verrucas . They don't clean out the spas properly as they are always in a rush to get the next person in. The place needs a complete overhaul but it's about getting more people in. Their prices are good but very poor hygiene. I don't think if ever seen some wipe the floor or clean down work station. There's dust every where
