Only come here if you have to! I'm fed up of making appointments and then when I arrive they randomly pick whoever they want to serve next. Last time they kept me waiting a whole hour just to fix one nail that didn't last 3 days and now I'm sat here half an hour after my appointment because they want to serve somebody who popped out and bank again! It's ok, staff are lovely, the wait was a bit long so I suggest booking first. I don't know how I feel about the acrylics I was given as they didn't seem to reach my nail beds. I don't know I just wasn't 100% satisfied.Read Less

I have been going to Rose Nails for about 15 years but today (don't usually go on a Monday) I was very disappointed with the result. She was obviously a trainee because she seemed to be going really fast and in the chinese conversation I heard "1 hour". She nicked the 1st 3 fingers, the acrylic was far too thick(she was wiping it off her fingers). She even missed with the buffing..Don't get me wrong but if someone is training we should be asked if we would oblige and maybe maybe pay a little less - I was charged full price hence the little lady didn't get a tip (which I usually do). They do nails well but if you're a service freak like me you'd be disappointed. They don't keep to appointment times always behind about 20mins at least which makes it pointless 'booking' an appointment and as most nail salons they're rude in their mannerisms. I paid for Shellac and walked out with something else. A real beautician removed the gel for me and assured me that Shellac would not cause the damage that this gel had to my nails, and that Shellac actually do not even do the colour I was given. She showed me the Shellac colour guide so I checked for myself. I then went back to the Rose to complain and had the pleasure of three staff ganging up on me and being very rude. This place is cheap and quick, I used to go here as a teen and they always fit you in. However have no idea what anything other than acrylic is. Which is good if thats what you want. Just don't do what I did, ask for silk overlays, because you walk out with acrylics. Read Less
