DO NOT GO HERE. Dirty salon, went to have a pedicure and the man who did my feet hacked away at them so much he made them BLEED. He didn't even apologize or sanitize them instead he tried to pretend it wasn't happening!! When I asked him to stop doing the pedicure he threw my foot back in the water and got in a strop!! My young daughter went here and paid £8 for poor service and badly applied nail varnish. The man who served her actually used his own nail instead of an implement to push back her nail quick. There were also filings from other people's nails still on the table. I wish I had been there at the time as I'd have advised her to hold onto her money and go somewhere more hygienic. Read Less

Not only did the lady not speak 1 word to me, she was rough, rude, I was not told they didn't have the colour I chose until she had done my full set ready to shellac and to top it off my nails are so uneven! I went to this nail salon yesterday to get a pedicure and shellac on my toes. It's not the place I usually go too but I was with a friend who goes here quite regularly. My god. I will never return! The lady couldn't even get my previous shellac off. I had to pick it off myself. My pedicure consisted of having my foot scrubbed for literally 30 seconds and a quick massage. The polish on my toes doesn't even look like shellac it looks like they have just used ordinary polish ...with a top coat.. there is a spot on my big toe that they have missed and my nails weren't even filed! I have been coming here for a couple of years now and the job quality and quality of care has been a little hit and miss depending on who you get. Some of the employees are much better than others. The lady who did my SNS nails on Saturday did an absolutely outstanding job - I also had a few diamontes added to my feature finger which I usually do. My nails look fantastic! And so they should, I was there for 2 hours! My issue is with the price and the price hike when I went to... pay. When I went to pay, the woman requested $65. I handed her my loyalty card. It was my 6th visit (I come here every 3 weeks or so) which entitles me to 20% off. She then did the calculations in her head and adjusted the amount, requesting $56. I pointed out that 20% off $65 comes to $52. I even broke it down for her. She then stated that she was not aware that I was going to be getting 20% off before she charged me so she had adjusted the price to $70. I asked her to clarify that what she was telling me was that she had adjusted the price by $5 AFTER finding out I was using my LOYALTY card to get 20% off. Again she reiterated that she had adjusted the price to $70 as she was not aware of my 20% off BEFORE quoting the price. When I told her she couldn't do that, she then tried to state the additional charge was for the diamontes even though I had stated I wanted diamontes when I first sat down. Other customers heard what was going on and were a little dumbfounded by this, as was I. I will be making a formal complaint to Consumer Protection tomorrow because adding additional charges AFTER finding out I was using my loyalty card to get my 20% off for being a loyal customer is not just bad customer service but is dishonest and misleading. I've been getting my nails done at the store next to Kmart at ocean keys for 10 years!! I haven't got a bad word to say... I always get great service, great nails and the staff are friendly :) on each random occasion I have gone somewhere else because it has been convenient I have had my nails ruined or a terrible job done...
