I was very disappointed with the unprofessional treatment I received.
The trimming of my toe-nails and the polish application all took place on the lap of the lady rather than a footstool. The nail polish was applied extremely badly and my big toe had to be re-trimmed and I had to ask for new polish to be applied..
As a first timer I was really looking forward to the whole experience, but I was very disappointed and I will go somewhere else in future.
