Very poor service from the start. My appointment was delayed by 30 mins as the shop was running late. This was my first ever pedicure so didn't know that it is advisable to come with flipflops/sandals...
Very poor service from the start. My appointment was delayed by 30 mins as the shop was running late. This was my first ever pedicure so didn't know that it is advisable to come with flipflops/sandals. Somehow the staff made me feel that it is all my fault. I was rushed to make a choice on colour although there was plenty of time before they actually applied the colour. My gel nails chipped after a week and toe nails chipped the same day! The lady did use some old nail varnish as it was so dry she needed to add some varnish remover to loose it up. Staff speak between themselves in their own language and you just know that they speak about you.
The only good point about this shop is the price. But I will not come back.

Loved the shape but the painting wasn't the best as the Polish was gloopy, and the split nail I had wasn't repaired properly so a day later it's split in the exact same place

I had a lovely pamper session yesterday with my mum and mother in law. Nails and toes done by Charlotte and she couldn't have been more amazing. She listened to my worries about my feet and really made me feel so comfortable. I walked out of there yesterday feeling so lovely! Thank you for looking after us and giving us a fabulous start to the wedding weekend xXx

First time here for acrylics and gel colour as a walk in. really busy so I had to wait a bit but the staff were helpful, gave me tea and they had a great product range which looked clean and tidy. My nails have lasted me 3 weeks despite me doing a hands on job. Would go again

Poor service and the worst nails I ever had, they acctually made my daughter cry because they refuse to paint her nails (who is 6 ) they said she won't sit still, that's the worst excuse Ihv ever hear...
Poor service and the worst nails I ever had, they acctually made my daughter cry because they refuse to paint her nails (who is 6 ) they said she won't sit still, that's the worst excuse Ihv ever heard, she had her nail done so many time by Nail art around the corner, they never have a problem with her moving around so I don't see why a well train nail tech like them counldnt do the same. Very disappointed and would want go back here again.

Very poor service from the start. My appointment was delayed by 30 mins as the shop was running late. This was my first ever pedicure so didn't know that it is advisable to come with flipflops/sandals. Somehow the staff made me feel that it is all my fault. I was rushed to make a choice on colour although there was plenty of time before they actually applied the colour. My gel nails chipped after a week and toe nails chipped the same day! The lady did use some old nail varnish as it was so dry she needed to add some varnish remover to loose it up. Staff speak between themselves in their own language and you just know that they speak about you.
The only good point about this shop is the price. But I will not come back.

She listened to my worries about my feet and really made me feel so comfortable. I walked out of there yesterday feeling so lovely! Poor service and the worst nails I ever had, they acctually made my daughter cry because they refuse to paint her nails (who is 6 ) they said she won't sit still, that's the worst excuse Ihv ever heard, she had her nail done so many time by Nail art around the corner, they never have a problem with her moving around so I don't see why a well train nail tech like them counldnt do the same. Very disappointed and would want go back here again.
