Always love my visits to this salon. All the lovely ladies are wonderful, extremely professional and brighten my day whilst making me feel fantastic. I always leave feeling pampered, primped and polished. I am a regular for nails - hands and feet - but have also had waxing, massage and facials. All brilliant. Online booking available but also just as easy to call and book. Also it is rare to find a beauty salon open on a Monday and so that is a real USP and I think definitely a good thing for clients. Definitely would recommend.

Feels like a conveyor belt in this place. No one seems to remember you, no matter how many times you go. While having my nails done the girl asked me 5 times "Are you doing anything tonight" and asked me three times "Have you had your nails done here before". I also had a really weak massage - a 5 year old child could have done better.

Been for about 4 or 5 massages, I go for a deep tissue as I have loads of knots in my back, they do a great job! Asking is the pressure is ok.
They always ask what you want so you decide. I've been treated by two different people, both amazing.
Always made to feel welcome and I feel instantly relaxed on arrival.
No rushing you or nonsense.
I would be there everyday if I had the money.
Next time I'm going for all out relaxing.

Yesterday I had the LVL treatment and had my brows tinted and shaped, it was so relaxing and Alice was brilliant! She had great knowledge of the treatment and even recommended the brow tint which I've never considered as I have naturally dark brows and they have made such a surprising difference!! I'm so happy with my lashes and brows thank you soooo much!!!!

Fantastic hot stone massage by Alice, she found all the knots and worked hard to get rid of them, highly recommend. I also had an Elemis facial which felt fabulous, followed by LVL lashes with Gemma - definitely converted, no need for mascara - and a manicure with Natalie. Felt thoroughly relaxed when I left, can't wait to book in again. 😀

I have been to this salon several times and have always had a lovely experience. I last visited to have my eyebrows threaded and tinted with Jade and I have never had such a good experience with a therapist. Very good customer service. Still getting compliments and people asking me what I have done to my brows a week after treatment. Cannot wait for my next appointment. Would recommend to friends and family.

Came here for the last 6 months, but I called twice yesterday to cancel with both times my mobile saying call busy, just spoke to them to cancel my appointment the lady was extremely rude told me that it will always go to the answer machine, I would of left a message if this was the case. After what I thought was a lovely salon I shall not be returning nor will I recommend to anyone.

Went in today with my daughter Holly for a manicure and pedicure pamper session, in preparation for her wedding on Saturday. I had all my nails done by Charlotte. I have to say she was lovely, and also made a super job on my nails. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be back!
