This company need to up their game a bit. First off, I visit quite a few nail salons in London - so I have an idea what I’m talking about. This salon is more expensive than London (why??) when rents are way cheaper? The infill that I had was poor quality. Very little hand filing to finish off the smoothness of the nail, no where to wash the dust off your hands prior to them being painted. Once my nail colour was dry, I could see ridges in my nails where the infill gel had been put. Overall a very unsatisfactory result. I won’t be using them again. My suggestion is for staff to go visit a few other nail salons in London to see how their fellow nail technicians do a proper job and learn a few tips. Read Less

Best nails I've ever had and I've tried lots! Normally they start to lift after about a week then fall off. Not these they last so well I get infills about every 3 weeks with no lift at all. Very friendly and will always try to fit you in when possible. Read Less
