Had LVL lashes done by a lovely lady who I must say was very sweet and professional. They cost quite a lot of money but I feel slightly disappointed as my lashes are too curly and not lifted at the root like expected of LVL. The tint is good but I’m waiting for the lashes to drop now as it looks like I don’t have long lashes anymore. Read Less

Shocking service! I have booked a full body massage over a week ago. I have received 2 messages as a reminder about my appointment and on arrival I could see the staff were a bit shaky, at this time I kinda gathered they have messed up my appointment. After few minutes a woman called me over stating they thought they have double booked me and cancelled today's appointment. She said " I am sorry but as you see on the screen we have booked you under KK and we thought it's same ...person twice" That's it! She made me feel like it was my fault they have double booked. Not only they have waisted 2 h of my time ,haven't received a phone call to say my appointment was cancelled( you would think they would call and double check before they cancel anything) I've change my plans so I could relax a bit only to be told I have to wait at least 45 min if I want to have my treatment. I don't feel there was a sufficient level of apology and I will certainly never go back there again after the way I have been treated! See More Read Less

Booked here after seeing good reviews and wanted my nails done before xmas as I was going on holiday. Felt totally forgotten about seemed to only care for the customers that were regulars. My nails were started by one and then pasted to someone else and so on. My nail are lumpy not straight and put the wrong size nail on so you can see mine hanging out the side. Two have fallen off after three days and the pedicure was done by a home foot spa with cold watch which I was left in for ages. I paid quite a lot of money to come out feeling absolutely rubbish. I've been using Olivia's for almost two years and have enjoyed every appointment. Today I have taken advantage of the 3 treatments deal, having gel polish on fingers and toes, which is always a treat but the facial with Kirsty was outstanding. I feel so calm and relaxed now, when I move my muscles feel free, my shoulders don't feel like they are bunched up by my ears anymore and they don't crunch when I roll them.
