Disgusting horrible and awful. So rude staff. Talk about you while you’re sat there! Overcharging and overall dirty place. Nails last 2 days. The lady called Kim is very rude and lies to customers

I've gone here a few time but my last time I went I had my nails done a whole day and 1 fell off only for another few to fall off 2 weeks after shouldn't expect that when you pay £20 - £30 for nails 2...
I've gone here a few time but my last time I went I had my nails done a whole day and 1 fell off only for another few to fall off 2 weeks after shouldn't expect that when you pay £20 - £30 for nails 2 look nice. The nails wasn't even glued properly so no wonder they fell off. Think I will be going somewhere else for my nails.

Terrible customer service! Came to ask if i could get my nails cut down. The male worker had screwed up his face and said whattt? Rudely. Had another woman ask so again stated i would like a cut down....
Terrible customer service! Came to ask if i could get my nails cut down. The male worker had screwed up his face and said whattt? Rudely. Had another woman ask so again stated i would like a cut down. She replied take a seat. Had my nails cut doen thats fine. States on their card its £3 she tried to charge me £5? So i stated, i thought a cut down was £3? She turnt to her customer and said ok if shes going to moan about £2, just give me £3! At this point i thought how rude infront of everyone to treat a paying customer regardless of the cost! So i told ger the truth ans stated that was rude customer service and you should treat your paying customers with respect and gave her the £3. As i walked off she shouted for me to never to come back here again!
This was the most rude place i have ever been to!

Waste of money! At one time the owner Kim was the best nail technician but now she's too rough on the nails with her tools. The nails start lifting up the next day.... told her i wanted coffin tips but she does square.. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT MISS NAILS!!!

Partner went today worse work she has ever had done . Each nail is a different shape really poor work wouldn't recommend to anyone. Staff look down their noses at you. Told them the work was poor and got banned from shop really is no loss as would never have returned.

The worst nail bar, ever nails are not up to a high standard they are still in 2005 they need to get with the time, maybe more training, on trend. They talk about you in there language. Plus when you tell the manager you have faults with your nails, then she turns funny the starts with her language then the girls look at you funny when your paying for a service.
➡The shape of your nails are not all the same.
➡Nail Polish watered down.
➡One of the girls treat you like an inconvenience.
➡
➡very bad customer service skills.
➡The price of the pedicure has gone up from £7 to 10 just to get your toes painted.
➡The owners man is happy and cheerful everyone else is miserable, too busy slaging you off in there language.
Would not recommend 5/10

Worst nail bar ever
I decided to treat myself to acrylics and a pedi. The customer service was awful, there was no sense of care and they didnt seem to realise that i was paying 60 pounds to have a pleasant experience not to be treated like an inconvenience. They didnt even bother to conceal the fact they were talking about the customers in their own language which i find very rude. The lady didnt bother to ask me how I wanted my nails and when i told her she got annoyed and told me she has been doin this for ten years and to trust her. Needless to say my nails were awful so thick and bumpy and not the shape i showed her i wanted. Avoid this place at all costs they have no pride in their work at all.

Got my nails done from there just over a week ago. The staff were really polite and made sure I was happy with my nails, will definitely go there again :)

Worst nail bar ever
I decided to treat myself to acrylics and a pedi. The customer service was awful, there was no sense of care and they didnt seem to realise that i was paying 60 pounds to have a pleasant experience not to be treated like an inconvenience.
