I have been going to this Salon since they opened... I pay the extra money for long lasting polish no problem.... today the tech broke a bottle of brown polish that splattered all over my white Vans!...
I have been going to this Salon since they opened... I pay the extra money for long lasting polish no problem.... today the tech broke a bottle of brown polish that splattered all over my white Vans! I felt bad that she felt awful however when I go to check out the girl checking out doesn't apologize but proceeds to charge me the extra money for the long lasting polish!!! I could have requested they replace my week old white pair of shoes ... they could have waived the extra $5 .. can't support a business that nickels and dimes loyal customers .

I love the attention they give to my skin so I walk out the door feeling clean and presentable again. My feet take a beating and I love treating myself to a pedicure. I also love how clean it is here....

It's a nice salon, but the pedicure was too short and they bairly scrub ur feet. Than my nail polish started chipping that same day. It's not worth a $30 pedicure. I rather pay more for a hr pedicure ...

I love it here!! It's a nice escape from an overly loud life and the service is so lovely and relaxing. The girls are all very sweet and Julia gives and awesome hot stone massage! I'm an athlete so coming here is a treat. I travel from Columbus every couple weeks/ monthly so this will be fun to return to every trip! I am a cosmetologist by trade so the only thing I hope for is that the girls backs are alright with the height of the bowl/ their chairs. It's very comfortable a...s a client but I just hope they are just as comfy as well!! I know the struggle is real with pedi bowls and I care about my service providers, especially ones this nice! Inplements were all very clean and not re useable and that's comforting. The space is beautiful and I am very happy with my service. I would recommend Julia for sure!! I love it here!! It's a nice escape from an overly loud life and the service is so lovely and relaxing. The girls are all very sweet and Julia gives and awesome hot stone massage! I'm an athlete so coming here is a treat. I travel from Columbus every couple weeks/ monthly so this will be fun to return to every trip!
